Our grading system indicates the external condition of our refurbished products. We’ve established a clear and straightforward cosmetic classification system that accurately defines the grade of each device:
- Pristine: The device is in like-new condition, with a flawless screen and body.
- Excellent: Minor scratches that aren’t visible from more than 12 inches away. The screen might have slight signs of wear that aren’t noticeable during use.
- Very Good: Light but noticeable scratches or dings on the screen and body.
- Good: Displays signs of use, including potential deep scratches and dents on the screen and body.
Battery Health:
To ensure your device’s efficiency, we test all our batteries. All devices we sell must have at least 80% of their initial charging capacity.
Warranty:
Yes, all our refurbished products are covered by a warranty that lasts up to 12 months. This warranty covers technical malfunctions but does not extend to accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
Order Dispatch:
Orders received before 2pm (EST) are shipped on the same day, ensuring you receive your order promptly. We provide courier tracking numbers for each order, allowing you to follow your package from shipment to delivery at your doorstep.
Refund Policy and Returns:
You can request a refund for your product within 30 days of the delivery date. Once our customer service validates the return, a shipping label will be provided. After receiving the device in our warehouse, we perform tests to confirm refund eligibility. The refund process takes up to 5 days from the device’s return and will be credited back using the original payment method.
Yes, all our electronic devices can be returned free of charge within 30 days. For eligibility, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Electronic Deals customer service must approve all returns, and any passwords or iCloud accounts must be removed from the device.
